Ole Miss students are doing many things for spring break some are going home and some are going off to have fun with friends.

Ole Miss students are allowed one week of break during the springtime this is called spring break. Some students go home to rest up, and others go on vacations to snow topped mountains or warm sunny beaches.

Kat Crawford, a freshman, is one of the many who has made the decision to go to the beach for her spring break. She is going to Crystal Beach Resort in Destin Florida with a group of twelve girls.

“I am most looking forward to laying out on the beach with my friends” said Kat Crawford. The other things she is looking forward to are getting to eat at her favorite restaurant, Red Bar, and she will also be getting to see her family while she is down there.

While Kat Crawford is off at the beach soaking up the sun Grace Fenley, freshman from San Diego California, will be going home. For Grace school is a long way from home, she practically half way across the country.

“I am most excited about seeing my family and my best friends from high school,” said Grace.

Grace will be spending time at home with family and old friends while Kat is spending time on vacation with family and new friends, either way both students get a break from their workload.
